📦 WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE

Once approved to run a pilot group, you’ll receive a free digital copy (PDF) of the EHJ Group Workbook to use with your participants. If you’d prefer print, you can grab the workbook on Amazon. You’ll also get instructions for gathering feedback, including how to submit completed participant assessments to help us evaluate and improve the model.

There’s no payment required. The exchange is simple: you test the framework in your real-world context and help us learn how it holds up—what resonates, what needs work, and what stories emerge.

This summer’s pilot will serve as an intentional space to explore the model with a live group of business leaders and professionals from Missoula—people who want real insight and aren’t looking for a shortcut or a show.

🧠 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re in a testing phase. That means we’re looking for pilot groups who can help us gather feedback in a wide range of settings—recovery, faith, education, men’s groups, leadership teams, and more. If you’re open to trying something rooted in psychology, story, and lived experience—and willing to complete a few assessments along the way—this is a great fit.

Test groups agree to:

  • Participate in a 1-hour Crash Course (intro to the model + facilitator walkthrough)
  • Implement the group model with fidelity using the materials provided
  • Complete the post-evaluation and fidelity assessments and offer written feedback
  • Provide a brief review for future use

We’re currently inviting select organizations to help test and refine Every Human’s Journey through facilitated group use. This isn’t a sales funnel—it’s a collaborative phase in the ongoing development of EHJ. If your team runs groups in recovery, therapy, leadership, spiritual formation, or personal development, this is your chance to use the model in your setting and contribute to its evolution.
