Training for Groups, Teams & Facilitators

EHJ Training

Our training options are designed to equip facilitators, teams, and organizations with the understanding, structure, and confidence to lead Every Human’s Journey in their own context. We cover the core philosophy, the psychological framework, and the group-based design that make EHJ effective. Whether you’re running groups, leading retreats, building programs, or developing people—you’ll walk away with more than theory. You’ll leave with something you can use.

3-Hour Training for Teams, Leaders, & Facilitators.

Core Training

Our training offerings are designed to help leaders, facilitators, and teams understand the Every Human’s Journey model and apply it within their context. Each session unpacks the three central components of EHJ.

  • The First Ingredient: Holons – rooted in psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Theory, offering a structure for inner awareness and language
  • The Second Ingredient: The Hero’s Journey – a narrative framework for personal transformation that gives shape and depth to the process
  • The Mixing Bowl: A hybrid intrapersonal-relational model that uses group experience to bring the first two ingredients to life

Training options include a printed or digital workbook for each participant, live facilitation, and time for application or adaptation. All sessions are grounded in lived practice—not theory alone.

Extended Training + Group Simulation

1-Day Intensive

For those wanting more than theory—this option includes hands-on participation, contextual application, and guided walkthroughs of real-world implementation.

This isn’t just more information. It’s applied experience:

  • Live simulation of the EHJ group process
  • In-depth strategy for adapting the model to your team, practice, or population
  • Contextualization for clinical, leadership, education, or peer settings

Includes guided facilitation exercises, team coaching, workbook, and planning for next steps.

2-Day Group Experience

Participants go through an adapted but full EHJ cycle, experiencing firsthand the model’s structure, flow, and effect. Ideal for facilitators who want to lead this work with integrity.

  • Debrief and reflect with others seeking to bring EHJ into their world
