An Archetypal Path. A Personal Process.

Explore the 12-Week Journey

Every Human’s Journey™ follows a 12-week process rooted in the narrative arc of the Hero’s Journey—but it isn’t about roleplaying myth. It’s about making meaning in real life.

Transformation isn’t instant. It’s a rhythm. A cycle. A path.

The Journey at a Glance

Each stage mirrors an archetypal threshold, while anchoring itself in psychology, self-reflection, and the practice of showing up. This is not a quick fix. This is structured personal growth—layered, honest, and deeply human.

Whether you’re walking this path alone or with a group, these twelve weeks form the framework of transformation. Not abstractly. Not metaphorically. Practically—in behavior, in perspective, in relationships, and in how we make sense of who we are.

“Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, it invites every human to embark on a personal journey inward.”

Dr. Schweitzer, Sierra Counseling & Coaching

Every story has three movements. Yours does too.

🌀 The Arc of Transformation

We move in three Acts:

Act I: Departure — confronting the world we’ve inherited
Act II: Initiation — facing the truth within us
Act III: Return — choosing to live from what we’ve learned

Each week is a step into one of these thresholds. Each offers a chance—not to be perfect, but to be present.

Act I: Separation / Departure

“We cannot become ourselves until we leave what we were pretending to be.”

Theme: Self-Awareness & Acceptance

Week 1: Waking Up in the Ordinary World

Before the journey begins, there is a life we’ve settled into—routines, roles, inherited beliefs. This week helps you recognize the “ordinary world” you live in, including what feels missing, misaligned, or muted. You’ll begin observing your thoughts, stories, and emotional patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. This is where the lights start to come on.

Theme: Courage & Openness

Week 2: Heeding the Call to Adventure

Every meaningful journey begins with disruption. But that “call” might not sound heroic—it might sound like burnout, heartbreak, a craving for more. This week helps you listen to that inner nudge and identify the “personas” you’ve been wearing to survive. You’ll practice loosening their grip while tuning into what is quietly calling you forward.

Theme: Vulnerability & Wisdom

Week 3: Confronting Refusal & Embracing Guidance

Refusal is part of the process. Fear, pride, shame, comfort—they all show up when we move toward real change. This week is about naming that resistance and exploring the inner (or outer) voices of guidance we may have ignored. You’ll reflect on your relationship to control, trust, and receiving help—especially from within.

Theme: Risk & Authenticity

Week 4: Crossing the Threshold & Unmasking the Persona

Crossing a threshold is never just about leaving something behind—it’s about shedding illusions. This week dives deeper into Jungian concepts of the Persona, Anima/Animus, and identity structures. You’ll challenge long-held roles and begin to risk showing up more fully—without the mask.

It’s not self-help in the way we’ve come to expect it. It’s an invitation to look inward, to step into your own story, and to rediscover the courage it takes to face yourself honestly.”
