- Define the group. Who’s it for (4–8 people is ideal)? Open or closed? Any context (team, recovery-adjacent, faith, men/women/non-binary, etc.).
- Invite participants. Share the “why” and the commitment (12 weeks; 60–90 minutes; show up honest, not perfect).
- Set the time and place. Pick a consistent day/time and stick to it. Aim for a quiet, neutral space.
